Steel Wire Rope

Wire rope is made of plaiting strands of wire – normally medium carbon steel – into a thick cable. The strands are formed around core. The strands in wire ropes are made of wore twisted together. Strands with smaller diameter wires are less abrasion resistant and more fatigue resistant. Strands made with thicker length of wore are more abrasion resistant and less fatigue resistant.

Synthetic And Natural Rope

Manila rope is a natural fiber rope made from fibers of the abaca plant. The primary growing location for these plants is in the Philippines and hence, the name Manila. Manila has been a popular rope choice because it has low stretch and is resistant to abrasion.

Polypropylene rope is incredibly strong and durable, rot-proof and resistant to moisture and low-density textile fibers. it is light enough to float on the surface of water. It can also be easily tied into knots and it does not react with any chemicals or solvents. Polypropylene rope is – quite simply – an effective and economical choice for many projects, some of the main industries and sectors that put it to good use on a day-to-day basis.

Nylon rope is known for its elasticity and ability to absorb tremendous shock loads, this rope will not rot and is resistant to oil, gasoline and most chemicals. Having good abrasion resistance, nylon rope also has a good resistance to UV rays.

Grade 80 Alloy Steel Chain

Grade 80 is a high strength, heat treated alloy chain that is primarily used as a sling component for overhead lifting. Specially using in chain slings but can also be used in rigging and tie down applications where a lighter weight, high strength chain is desirable.

blog

Grade 80 Chain Sling

Grade 80 chain slings are often selected when operating under high temperature. They are flexible, durable, long lasting, ductile, easy to inspect, convenient for storage and will adhere securely to the contour of a load.

Grade 80 Alloy Chain Fittings

Hook is one of the most common slings in hoist machinery. According to their structure, they could mainly be divided into Grab Hook, Slip Hook and Slip Hook with Latch.

Shackles

Shackles are the one of the most used rigging fittings, because the pins are removable, the are used to make connections to slings, ropes, cables etc.

blog

Swivels

Rigging swivels are very handy for proper load positioning. They help prevent unnecessary twisting and binding of slings and attachments, which in turn helps you get the most out of your rigging.

Wire Rope Thimbles

Wire rope thimbles are used in wire rope assemblies to keep an eye from being crushed. When a wire rope assembly is terminated with eye or loop at the end, a cable thimble is inserted to form the eye of the loop before the rope is secured. It’s added protection from wear and tear of direct contact and deformation of eye, extending the service life of the wire rope.

Wire Rope Clips

Wire rope clip is used to fix the loose end of the loop back to the wire rope. It usually consists of a U-shaped bolt cast saddle and two nuts. The two layers of wire rope are placed in the U-bolt. The saddle is then fitted over the ropes on the bolt, the nuts secure the arrangements in place.

Turnbuckle

The inside length of the turnbuckle body determines the length that end fittings can screw in and out. Sizes are referred to by the thread diameter at the end fittings, then by the length that the end fittings can be screwed in and out. Turning the body will draw both end fittings in simultaneously and tension will be applied.

Mini Hand Ratchet Puller

The mini hand ratchet puller is specifically designed with wire pulling in mind. It’s compact and portable design makes it ideal for use wherever you need it on site. Hand puller are level operated manual devices used to pull, lift or lower loads incrementally or to apply or release tension through a ratchet and pawl mechanical configuration.

Chain Block

Chain blocks are designed for heavy lifting and materials handling operations. Chain blocks raise and lower loads by pulling on the hand chain. Chain blocks can be of single or double fall configurations depending on the capacity of the block. Chain block are particularly useful for overhead working and for operation in narrow places.

img

Level Block

Level block is a manual device used to lift, lower or pull a load and to apply or release tension. It utilizes a ratchet and pawl mechanical configuration to incrementally raise or lower a load or to apply or release tension. Level block are easy to operate and require minimum maintenance. It offers fast lifting and their portable design means that level blocks are the ideal lifting equipment for use in confined spaces.

Horizontal lifting Clamp

It’s designed to be used for horizontal lifting of steel plates and other sheet materials. It also can be used hanging vertically underneath a spreader. They are also suitable for handling steel beams and sagging plates.

img

Vertical lifting Clamp

It’s designed for the vertical lifting, turning and transfer of steel plates, other sheet material or steel structure. This equipment is suitable for use in almost all sectors of industry where the material cannot be damaged during lift or transfer. They are manufactured from forged and heated treated parts for a long life.

Cable / Wire Rope Puller

Wire rope puller is used for variety of lifting, pulling and hoisting processes such as moving heavy machinery, vehicles or construction materials. The rope pullers are lightweight and compact, making them a perfect option for using around the worksite.

Plain Trolley

Plain trolleys serve as an economical alternative in lower and higher capacity applications, Plain or Push trolleys require manual handling to direct movement in a traverse direction. They operate on flat or tapered beams and support a hoist with top hook or lug mount suspension.

img

Gear Trolley

Geared trolleys are also referred to as hand geared trolleys and incorporate a looped hand chain, which attached to a hand chain wheel or sprocket. When the operator pulls the hand chain, the sprocket then engages the gears which facilitate wheel movement. Upon pulling the chain, the trolley will travel in the opposite direction.

SAFETY BELT / HARNESS

Safety belts are protective gear used to prevent falls and work safely when working at heights. There is a full harness-type safety belt that supports the entire body with a belt, and a torso belt type safety belt that is hung only with a torso belt.

To maintain safety, it is essential to match the full harness type safety belt to the size of your body. The full harness type is available with or without a torso belt, but there is no possibility of falling even without the torso belt.

There are different types depending on the method of adjusting the length of the belt to be hung, such as a retractable safety belt, a rope/strap safety belt, and an always-on safety belt (two lanyard type). The advantage of the retractable safety belt is that it is compact and easy to store when not in use. Always-on type is designed to prevent a crash if you have to change hooks.
